Netflix has explicitly said that Season 3 will introduce more Addams family members and reveal additional family secrets. That means Pugsley could potentially become more involved in the family side of the story, particularly as Wednesday begins investigating questions connected to Morticia, Ophelia and their relatives.
His relationship with Wednesday could also develop
One of the most interesting possibilities is seeing how Wednesday and Pugsley interact when the family itself becomes part of the mystery. Their relationship has always been unusual, but Wednesday is also protective of her brother in her own way. Season 3 has room for more than one Addams story
