In addition to the main cast, including Jenna Ortega (Wednesday Addams), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams), and Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), Netflix announced the addition of more actors, including:
- Winona Ryder
- Chris Sarandon

- Eva Green
When does Wednesday Season 3 premiere on Netflix?
The release date for Wednesday Season 3 has not yet been announced by Netflix. Some entertainment outlets have reported that the next season has already begun filming; if that’s the case, the new episodes may arrive on the streaming platform by late 2026 or sometime in 2027 — so all we can do is wait.
What will Wednesday Season 3 be about?
According to co-creator Alfred Gough, the third season promises to go even further, delving deeper into the characters while expanding the world of Nevermore and uncovering more family secrets of the Addams.
There is currently no official synopsis. What is clear from the end of Season 2 is that Wednesday will embark on a new adventure with her Uncle Fester to find Enid, who, after becoming a werewolf and unable to return to her human form, fled to Canada.
The third season also promises to reveal the mystery of Ophelia, Morticia Addams’ missing sister (who is not as missing as previously thought). In the final scenes of Season 2, Ophelia is seen locked in a room inside her mother Hester’s house (nobody expected this!), raising many questions about why her own mother locked her up and whether Ophelia will be a villain or ally to Wednesday. So get ready! The new season comes with even more suspense.
Will Lady Gaga appear in Wednesday season 3?
We’d like to be optimistic, but due to her limited scenes in season 2, it’s unlikely the pop icon will reprise her role in the third season of the series. But hope dies last! And in the Wednesday universe, anything can happen.
Will there be a Wednesday spin-off about Uncle Fester?
So far, Netflix has not announced anything regarding this; however, the one who may have hinted at it is Fred Armisen, the actor who brings this quirky character to life. According to various media outlets, during an interview Armisen revealed that the platform is working on a spin-off about Fester, so it is very likely that we will soon see more on screen about Wednesday Addams’ “electrifying” uncle.
What will the spin-off about Uncle Fester be about?
Details about this possible spin-off are still very scarce, so there is currently no synopsis available. What is certain is that it will feature the madness and eccentricity that characterize this character. Will we see him during his student years at Nevermore Academy? Will he appear with more members of his family? What trouble will he get into this time? We will find out later.
