Although only launching in May, the spin-off has been a huge success, becoming the biggest original series debut in Paramount+ history with 12.9m viewers in its first week alone.
It’s no surprise then that Paramount+ wants to continue its winning streak and has now confirmed that Dutton Ranch will be back – amazing!
Jane Wiseman, head of originals for Paramount+, said: ‘Beth and Rip are among the most iconic duos in television history.
In Dutton Ranch, Beth and Rip are fighting to ‘build a future together – far from the ghosts of Yellowstone’.
It’s not all smooth sailing, however, and they come up against a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire.
‘In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul,’ a longline for season one reads.
The news comes ahead of season one’s final two episodes dropping, so while we might still have a while to wait for another series, there’s still a final bite of Dutton Ranch to enjoy for now.
Dutton Ranch is the second Yellowstone spin-off to premiere in 2026, after Marshals, which sees Luke Grimes return as Kayce Dutton.
There are also two prequel series available to stream: 1883 and 1923.
And if you thought the Duttonverse was slowing down, you’d be entirely wrong, as a prequel series, 1944, and a sequel series, 6666, are also in the works.
